Welcome and security
We have adopted all the health security measures required by the competent Authorities to guarantee the total safety of all Guests and our Staff.
The application of rigorous hygiene procedures in all common areas, in apartments and in contacts with our family guarantees maximum comfort and serenity for your stay.
Upon arrival you will be able to personally verify the application of the security measures which however will not make you give up any pleasure for your stay.
These are the main procedures we have activated:
Constant cleaning and sanitization of all the spaces of the structure, of the apartments, of the common areas.
Strict sanitization and cleaning of all possible contact points (door handles, elevators, reception counters, common bathrooms etc …), which are disinfected several times a day.
Hand sanitizers positioned in the various areas of the farm
Training of our staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols
Simplification of check-in and check-out procedures
In our kitchen we only use products at Km 0 and of our BIO production.
Our breakfast is served on the large panoramic terrace with properly sanitized tables and chairs. To ensure your health we have spaced the tables. For dinner you can choose to use your veranda (only in San Carlo) or the consumption on the terrace subject to availability of the tables.

These are the points that make the difference compared to other destinations and types of
structure:
– SPACIOUS APARTMENTS WITH VERANDA AND INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE
Our farmhouse has large, well-ventilated apartments. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with table and chairs for eating outside and enjoying a safe and peaceful holiday.
– DISINFECTION:
After cleaning a surface we use a specific nebulizer for sanifing with products that kill viruses, bacteria and pathogens. We pay particular attention to the most frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches, door knobs, remote controls and tap mixers. For curtains, sofas and rugs we use dry steam and the appropriate detergents indicated for the surfaces concerned.
The pillows, mattress covers, sheets, tablecloths, towels, rugs are replaced and washed with active chlorine-based products at each change of guests. For bed linen and towels we use a certified laundry.
– COMMON OUTDOOR AREAS
The common areas of our farmhouse are all outdoors, hand sanitizing products available to guests. External objects will be frequently sanitized.
– 70 HECTARES OF SPACE AVAILABLE. Our company has 700,000 square meters of gardens, woods, paths and fields where you can walk freely. At about 3 km you can find riding stables, trekking with guides, excursions and E-BIKE rental
– SWIMMING POOL WITH SANITIZED WATER AND LARGE SOLARIUM AREA
Frequent control of active chlorine and pH, sanitization of the tub surface and availability of sanitizing solutions near the shower. Each family will have at least 2 sanitized beds for exclusive use for the duration of the stay. The large solarium area and the large garden guarantee the distancing between the families.Each guest can have access to the swimming pool of his accommodation.
– RESTAURANT WITH LARGE TERRACE AND TABLE SERVICE
In our kitchen we only use products at Km 0 and of our organic production.
Our breakfast is served on the large panoramic terrace with properly sanitized tables and chairs. To ensure your health we have spaced the tables. For dinner our guests can choose to use their own veranda (only in San Carlo) or the consumption on the terrace subject to availability of the tables.
– RECEPTION
We have moved our reception outside to be able to communicate with our customers without risk. Check-in and payments will be digitized. Our guests will always be able to communicate with us via whatsapp and via email.
