The pride of Pomarance’s gastronomic production is its extra virgin olive oil. In November, when the olives are harvested, you can witness the birth of one of the most genuine products of the Mediterranean diet.
Wine
Our wine is genuine, still being produced in the way of our grandparents. The grapes are harvested in September which is a truly remarkable experience. Once ready, the new wine will accompany the first winter dinners along with roasted chestnuts.
