1.RATES INCLUDE:
Everything listed in the description, as well as : Bed linen, bath towels and table linen, water, gas, electricity, use of the swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) with deckchairs and beach umbrella, garden equipment , barbecue area, playground, parking, VAT.
2.DISCOUNT:
Our restaurant offers discounts for children from 2 to 8 years. Please e-mail us to request a quote.
3.ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST
Daily housekeeping services 15 €/hour
Towel set change 5,00 € per person,
Change of bed sheets 7,00 € per person,
Use of the washing machine 5 € per wash,
Crib or extra bed extra 10,00 € per night. Restaurant service.
The Reucci Bilo3 and Capanna apartments have air conditioning, use of the air conditioning is included up to a maximum of 10 hours per day. The customer can use the air conditioning for the whole day with an extra price of Euro 30/day
Any extras must be paid when checking out.
4.FINAL CLEANING: 12,00 €/person if not differntly specified
5.ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Guests are expected to arrive between 15.00 and 19.00 (check-in) and depart before 10.00 (check-out). We kindly request our guests to return the keys upon departure. Please respect the arrival and departing hours in order to allow the apartments to be cleaned for subsequent guests. In case of early or late arrival the client is kindly requested to contact us. For arrival late than 10pm we required a fees of Euro 50
6.CHECK AVAILABILITY:

7.HOW TO BOOK: Together with the confirmation of availability you will receive a booking confirmation. We will consider your booking valid only after receiving the confirmatory deposit, which is 50% of the total amount.
8.CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT: The confirmatory deposit can be sent by bank transfer or by credit card. In case of a bank transfer you need to send us a copy of the completed transaction via email before your booking option expires.
9.BALANCE: The balance must be paid 40 days before arrival.
10. DEPOSIT: On arrival, we ask you to pay a security deposit of €250,00 as a guarantee and possible repayment of eventual damages and/or additional expenditures. The deposit will be returned to you on your departure day after the state of the apartment has been assessed.
11.CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellations you need to contact us immediately via fax or e-mail.

12.ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in apartments: The apartments have a separate entrance, divided into one and two bedroom apartments with kitchen/living room, one or two bedrooms, and one to two bathrooms. The apartments are equipped with every comfort, TV as well as kitchen equipment. Capable of accommodating from 2 to 6 persons. The apartments are furnished with a kitchen including a stove with 4 burners, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, glasses, plates, spoons, forks, knives and pots. NO oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, grill, toaster.
13.PETS:
Pets can be brought only after prior arrangement with us and for an additional charge of 15.00 € per day. Only small pets are allowed
14.EVENTS:
Our guests can book various activities on site, such as guided tours, horseback riding or mountain bike tours. For further information please contact the reception.
PLEASE NOTE:
The apartment will be handed over to the guest on arrival in optimal condition and must be returned so on departure. The kitchenette of the apartments as well as dishes, plates, cutlery and glasses etc. must be left clean and tidy, just as they were found on arrival, otherwise a surcharge of Euro 50.00 will be applied. We expect you to behave respectfully towards the other guests. If the behaviour of the guest is not in line with good manners, we retain the right to end the contract. The reservation is valid only for those persons mentioned at the time of booking and must not exceed the number of beds in the apartment.
