The farm San Carlo offers free Wifi. The signal is applied externally in public areas.

Our BBQ facilities are at the disposal of all guests, and can be used at any time. Please remember to clean up afterwards

Our reception will provide you with detailed itineraries and maps to discover the most remote and fascinating corners of the Val di Cecina on foot or by bicycle.

We are always at your service. We can help you organize your vacation and suggest interesting tours and excursions, such as where to eat locally or things to do to for an unforgettable holiday experience. Monica and Simona are also always happy to have a chat.

The Agriturismo San Carlo offers a thousand corners where you can enjoy nature as well as unforgettable landscapes and scents. Take a book and find the perfect place for yourself, no one will bother you. Each apartment has its own outside area with a table and chairs in the shadow. At the swimming pool you will find deck chairs and other well shaded spots as well as our hammocks a little further away.

Our playground offers swings, a slide, table tennis, a boccia game, a trampoline and plenty of outdoor space to let the imagination run wild!

Our washing-machine is available to all guests at a price of 5 Euro per wash. We kindly ask you to use only liquid soap and only wash under full load. For drying, you can use the appropriate clothes racks located outside each apartment.

Fortunately, in Tuscany one does not need heating for many months of the year. In the winter months,  we will provide heating  to ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The heating service uses the district heating network with steam and is guaranteed by the municipal network, any disruptions are not attributable to the farm and will be resolved as soon as possible.

The Agriturismo San Carlo does not offer daily houskeeping services or change of bed sheets. In the apartments you will find ready-made beds with cotton sheets. For guests staying longer than one week, new bed linen is available  on request with extra price. For the bathroom we provide a bath towel and a towel per person, as well as a bath mat,  changed available  on request with extra price. In the kitchen you will find a tablecloth and a dishcloth, available  on request with extra price.

Our products such as wine, virgin olive oil, homemade jam from our own home-grown fruits, pasta from home-grown antique cereals, as well as our flour are available for sampling and purchase.
