 Tuscany is synonymous with genuine food, organic products, fragrances and earth colors. Loving Tuscany means loving its traditions and its cuisine.

In our farm we use the organic flour produced from the wheat of our fields, fruit and vegetables grown by us and meat from local farms.

With the suggestions of our professional cooks you will experience a stimulating and enjoyable culinary experience!

We organize cooking classes for couples, groups of friends, stag / hen parties

In spring and autumn at the end of the course you can relax in the heated pool !!

Courses for 2-12 people, 3h + final tasting.

Eggs, flour, garden products and game were the basic ingredients of traditional Tuscan cuisine and today are the ingredients used in cooking classes offered to those who choose to live this experience.

Agriturismo San Carlo organizes for you weekends or long stays for couples, groups of friends, Team Building, full of old farming habits and challenges in the kitchen.

It’s a new way to experience Tuscany, enjoying the quiet of the countryside, the goodness of the products and the precious teachings of professional chefs who will follow you during all the preparation stages of the dishes and teach you little tricks on cooking times and the right amounts of flour or other ingredients.
